Festival de Cine de Huánuco

The Gringa & the Musician was screened for the second time as part of the 11th edition of the Festival de Cine de Huanuco, a well respected festival in the highlands of central Peru.

Well known Peru film expert Gabriel Enrique Quispe served as the host and introduced both the documentary and director Roberto Pazos.  After the film he said he considered it a warning that the world is dangerous and that so much beauty can hide the danger.  And a member of the audience remarked that she hopes the film is shown in many places so that people can see what happened.
